Angelesti Costumes

Same as with Rio, I needed to make Angelesti swatches to make coloring faster... she has a lot more costumes then Rio because she’s the girly one, she owns more clothes. Originally she was going to only have outfits in her standard blue for the most part but as I started coloring I thought “this is too much blue” and started adding new colors so I could have her wear the same style but in different colors if I wanted.

Notes on individual looks:
-Ange’s is an autumn, orange and brown clothes look rather nice on her I think.
-although she’ll probably never wear the other two, I wanted to have the option of other Bay Area sports jersey. So the 49ers became the Lions to go with the Tigers and since we already have a team called the Bears I went with a bad cockney rhyming slang joke.
-Her swimsuit is for ONE very specific joke comic, she doesn’t wear a suit at the beach
-There’s a nude palette! I think a lot of people mistook my “saved my soul” when drawing clothes onto Rio Comic #1 as some kind of morality statement, no, I meant it as a ‘I had sold out and was reclaiming my work’ statement. I don’t draw Rio nude anymore, but Ange takes it off whenever she can. She’s anatomically correct under the censor bars, but I want to be able to upload without maturing my work so I’ll probably be using those a lot in my comics (and uploading the uncensored ones to their own folder)
-Her eyeshadow always matches her outfit, even if she’s just in her underpants
-Kip’s favorite outfit is the black jacket and yellow shirt, which has her Falcon and Minotaur drawing on it (a shirt I’ve told her she needs to make and sell) also like Kip Angelesti needs glasses to see far away and is left handed.
-although I colored 10 different underwear sets for her, she probably only wears the white tiger/pink strap sets in the comic since they’re the most effective and stylish. I left the less success version on this page since my viewers seem to like cartoon girlies.
